Winner of the 15th International Tchaikovsky Competition and a SONY Classical artist at only 30 years of age, Pablo Ferrández is one of the most overwhelming talents of his generation. For his La Scala debut he puts his technical and musical sophistication to the test with Robert Schumann's Cello Concerto. He is led by Conductor principal Riccardo Chailly, who concludes the concert with César Franck's Symphony in D minor.
