The program includes some of the repertoire's best-loved symphonies and arias from Gioachino Rossini's La Cenerentola, Gaetano Donizetti's Lucia di Lammermoor, Vincenzo Bellini's I Capuleti e i Montecchi, Giuseppe Verdi's La Traviata , and concludes with "Che gelida manina" from Giacomo Puccini's La Bohème .
