"Maura Giorgetti" scholarships for young musicians. Deadline for applications extended.

The deadline to apply for the new edition of the Filarmonica della Scala "Maura Giorgetti" Scholarships is extended to Monday, September 23 . This edition is dedicated to Italian violists and double bassists between the ages of 15 and 24 (who are 15 years old as of December 2, 2024 and not yet 24 years old as of December 4, 2024). The best candidates in each category will be awarded a scholarship worth €4,000. New for the 2024 edition is theUniCredit Award, an additional economic recognition worth €1,000 that UniCredit, the Philharmonic's Main Partner that has always been attentive to the development of culture in all its forms and the growth of young talent, will correspond to the youngest musician admitted to the final round scheduled for December 4, 2024.
